Ken responded to a very challenging situation for me: As newly named power of attorney, I had to arrange the sale of a house, the move of some furniture from the house to a small apartment in an assisted living facility for an elderly relative and the disposition of the remaining household furniture while in Evansville from my home in Arizona. Ken facilitated everything very efficiently, and because of his sense of perspective and humor, remained a calming influence in what was a stressful situation for both my relative and me, conducting negotiations with the buyer and attending to many last-minute details, allowing me to return to Arizona before the actual closing of the sale, all the while maintaining close contact until the check was deposited in the bank. All of this in just about 1 month! He is a consummate professional who I highly recommend without hesitation.
