Rachel is a Newburgh native who has lived on Evansville's north and east sides, providing her with detailed knowledge of the surrounding area and a broad personal network. Graduating magna cum laude from Ball State University, Rachel is no stranger to hard work and looks forward to using her personal initiative to benefit her clients. While receiving her Bachelor's Degree, Rachel was honored to be a Presidential Scholar, Governor Frank O'Bannon Grant recipient, and Excellence in Scholarship, Leadership and Service Award reciepient. She was elected Vice President of Ball State's Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and maintained employment at the Ball State Center for Organizational Resources throughout her college career.
Prior to joining F.C. Tucker Emge, Rachel maximized her interpersonal relations skills as a teacher, overseeing permanent electronic records and daily instruction of 260 students annually. She also honed her business negotiation skills while working in the product purchasing department for an international grocery corporation.
Rachel is active in the community and volunteers with multiple local organizations, including Newburgh Elementary School, Ascension Health, and Ark Children's Crisis Center.
Rachel achieved membership in the 2021 Champions Club, Second, Third, Fourth Quarter 2021 Executive Club, and the 2022 Executive Club.
