About Anita Waldroup

Anita (Fulton) Waldroup, born and raised in Ft Branch, is a lifelong resident of Gibson County. In 2002, at the age of 51, Anita made a decision to enter the real estate profession. Having spent 29 years with her late husband Larry Waldroup in the Insurance Business, Anita & Larry were known for providing their clients the Best in Customer Service. Their successful insurance agency was always centered around customer service. Since 2002, Anita has provided that same high quality of service to each and every real estate client. Specializing in helping others make changes in their lives has made Anita Waldroup a specialist in her field. Anita has continued each year to be a Top Producer in the Real Estate Market by helping others meet their goals.

Through a strong work ethic, hard work, and passion for her job, you can find two of Anita's three children following in her footsteps. Another well-known F.C. Tucker Emge and F.C. Tucker Collier Realtor and Waldroup Team member is Anita's son Grant Waldroup. Additionally, Anita's daughter Amity acts as her licensed assistant & buyer's agent. Amity has been Anita's assistant since making a decision to close Amity Jo's Cafe in 2013 and going into real estate with her mom.  Anita's continued family includes son Lt. Colonel Cory Wm Waldroup of the U.S. Air Force. With two wonderful daughter-in-laws and two grandchildren, Raylin and Teagan, you can't go wrong in working with Anita Waldroup.
