Mindy is excited to give her enthusiasm to both buyers and sellers. Mindy was born and raised in Evansville. She has lived in downtown Evansville her entire life and absolutely loves calling the Evansville Historic District her home. Mindy is an active member and secretary in the Old Evansville Historic Association and is the President of the Reitz Home Museum. Mindy and her husband, Russ, a firefighter with the Evansville Fire Department have two daughters, Maddie and Eva. Mindy recently welcomed her first grandchild, Ashton in August 2019. The Word family loves animals and enjoy spoiling their English bulldog, Darla and several cats. Mindy has an abundance of knowledge of the city and its housing market. She is a graduate of Reitz Memorial High School and attended the University of Southern Indiana.
