I Know What It's Like to be a Buyer and a Seller....
Would you like to work with a realtor who personally knows what it’s like to buy and sell a home? Someone who knows the stressors of having your house show ready and finding a home quickly after yours has sold? Well, look no more. I’ve been there.
My family has relocated many times including living in West Virginia, Alabama, and Minnesota. I’ve lived in the Evansville area twice and plan to stay a long time this go round.
My personal, professional, and educational experience have me well prepared to help you buy or sell your home. I truly enjoy helping buyers find the right home and sellers prepare their house for the market to get it sold. It’s what I do. It’s what I love.
Let’s meet so I can help you with your real estate transaction.

I was born and raised in Louisville, KY. After graduating from Purdue with degrees in Business and Psychology, I married my college sweetheart. His jobs in manufacturing have required us to relocate 5 times.
We have three daughters - two graduated from high school in Minnesota and then graduated from The University of Wisconsin where they both reside. Our youngest daughter graduated from Memorial High School (2014) and attends Indiana University. However, our nest is not empty. We have three rescue dogs that we share our home with. Our muttley crew includes a North American Pointer Hound, a Corgrador, and a German Collie.
"We met Mary Radle one evening, and my husband and I had mentioned we really liked this house at Cambridge Golf Course,
but it wasn’t for sale. We had often thought that if the owners were ever outside we would approach them. That evening
Mary offered to send the owners of the property a letter letting them know we would be interested in buying if they would be
willing to sell. We were all very excited to see what would transpire. The owners had contacted her and let her know we could
see the house. We did and we loved it. The negotiations began. Mary was in contact with us almost every day, with ideas and
updates as to what the status was. In no time, it was final. We were buying our dream home all because of Mary.
Now, it was time to sell our current home. Mary came in, gave us suggestions for the sale, and we placed it on the market in
January. The weather was terrible and we were sure it would not sell until Spring/Summer. Mary had several open houses and
showed our home several times, each time giving us a thorough follow up, good or bad. The house was sold by February and
we closed in March.
We really enjoyed working with Mary. She is energetic, honest and over all a delight to work with. We would highly
recommend her to anyone. She makes things happen….quickly!"
