Kyle Bernhardt Property Manager

Kyle began his career in residential real estate as a leasing agent for a local investor. In 2007, as the new Facilities Manager for a private contractor hired by the State of Indiana, Kyle took on the task of opening and managing 42 state offices in 37 counties throughout the state. He joined F.C. Tucker Commercial in June 2010 and brings extensive experience in both residential and commercial property management as well as commercial sales and leasing.

Commercial Sales & Leasing:

Kyle has 10 years of experience in commercial sales and leasing. He uses this experience to help his clients feel comfortable in every transaction. Kyle represents Vanderburgh County, Indiana in leasing the Old Court House in downtown Evansville. Kyle has received The Deal Maker of the Year in back to back years. Since his time with F.C. Tucker Commercial, Kyle has achieved the award for Highest Closed Volume Increase twice. He is currently a member of the F.C. Tucker Company Executive Club.

Kyle enjoys collaborating with other brokers in the office to make sure his clients have the best representation possible.

Full Service Property Management:

Kyle currently oversees the management of 180+ residential units as well as more than 98,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space. He handles all aspects of F.C. Tucker Commercial, Property Management including: Qualifying applications, lease administration, ongoing maintenance, collections of rent and other payments, and initiation and completion of all evictions.

Kyle is a licensed broker, member of the Executive Council for POMA (Property Owners and Managers Association of Evansville), Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS®, and Indiana Association of REALTORS® and an associate member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management).
