Kristin Dannheiser is an experienced agent with over 20 years in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Her specialties range from leasing and selling investment property to selling commercial land and business park developments. To better serve her clients across the Tri-state, Kristin holds an Indiana Real Estate license as well as a Kentucky Real Estate License. Her success is based on the belief of dedication to every client and every transaction.
Kristin is involved in several community and not-for-profit organizations including the YMCA, VCCF Women’s Fund, Chamber of Commerce, Reitz Memorial High School and St. Johns Church.
Kristin resides in Newburgh with husband Erik Ripper, who is Associate Director of Technology Assets at Springleaf Financial Services. She is the proud mother to daughters, Hadley, a graduate of Indiana University, and Berkley, who attends Reitz Memorial High School in Evansville.
