Client Service
After nine years in restaurant management, David Williams decided it was time to put his customer service and relationship skills to use in real estate.  Since then, he has joined one of F.C. Tucker Emge’s top producing teams and has hit the ground running. He is in his 5th year of real estate and excited to help new clients on buying and selling. 

Teamwork
David is part of The Waldroup Team. In 2021 the team was able to help over 249 familes. Also we the Waldroup Team closed over $50 million and are looking to exceed that in 2022. The Waldroup Team team brings value to their clients in all aspects of real estate.

Communication
David believes that communication is key. If you're a current client, he will make sure you know how your real estate transaction is going.  If you're a past client, he will be sure to touch base with you, just to see how you and/or your family are doing.

Location
David works all around the tri-state. Living in Newburgh he has knowledge on sales in Gibson, Vanderburgh, Warrick & Posey counties.

Family
When he has spare time, David and his wife Jennifer take their son to Chicago and zoo trips. They love spending time traveling to visit as many zoos as they can.
