"...Your thoroughness in showing us all areas of Evansville and Newburgh helped us find a neighborhood we really loved.  On the selling side, the fact that you sold our house in two weeks says it all.  Your advice on pricing and decorating helped our house stand out in the market...we would highly recommend you to anyone who wanted to buy OR sell a house in Evansville or Newburgh..." - Lisa and Mark B.

"You were wonderful to work with, and we appreciate your patience, understanding, and going above and beyond the call of duty...  I especially appreciate all the advice and tips you gave us in the transactions of both selling our property and purchasing a new home." - Mary Jane and Bob R.

"Carolyn is an excellent agent.  She is very professional.  She is prompt in returning phone calls and was an excellent help in arranging for quotes and services for items found on the home inspection.  I was so impressed with her when I bought the house that I asked her to help me sell it.  She also gave excellent suggestions on how to make the house more appealing to prospective buyers.  I would recommend Carolyn to anyone." - Pat C.

EDUCATION:

Carolyn attended Bosse High School.  She then graduated from Purdue University where she earned a BS in Interior Design and a minor in History.  During her time at Purdue, she was also a member of Delta Gamma Sorority.

Since becoming a real estate agent, she has continuously educated herself in negotiating, relocation, staging, and first-home buying.  Carolyn has been a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) for years.  This designation is the highest credential awarded to agents, managers, and brokers, and Carolyn is one of the very few around.

The Master Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (MGRI) puts Carolyn into a class of agents who has taken their education to the next level with in-depth knowledge of technical subjects well as the fundamentals of real estate.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT:

Over the years, Carolyn has served on the board and as president of the Evansville Museum Guild.  She has also been president of the Junior League of Evansville, the YWCA Board, the Delta Gamma Sorority Alum Group, and the local and state Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

In addition, Carolyn has served on the board of the Evansville Museum, Evansville Audubon Society, the Junior League of Morristown, New Jersey, and the Evansville Board of REALTORS®.

INTERESTS:

When not serving her clients, Carolyn has many interests outside of real estate.  She is an avid gardener, working in the past on master gardens, but is now concentrating on her own at home.  She is also currently needlepointing a Christmas tree skirt and has stitched many pictures and pillows.

Carolyn has been fortunate enough to have adopted racing greyhounds for 20 years.  Her current greyhound, Leo, is an 80 lb. greyhound.

When ready to get together with close friends, Carolyn enjoys playing duplicate bridge, which is a variation of contract bridge.

Whether it’s your first home, last home, or anything in between, Carolyn will be there for you every step of the way.  Looking for exceptional service, professional work standards, and timely responses to all your real estate requests?  Talk to Carolyn at CarolynEgan@FCTE.com or call her at 812.453.5300.
