F.C. Tucker Emge REALTORS® is pleased to announce the opening of their new officelocated at 130 Main Street in the heart of downtown Evansville. The new office, located right on the walkway, has undergone a complete renovation, making it one of the most cutting edge and green real estate offices in our area. Equipped with high efficiency furnaces, LED lighting and numerous recycled materials the office will be home to over 25 F.C. Tucker Emge real estate agents.
“Our move to the downtown area is a tangible signal of our belief in the revitalization of Evansville’s downtown,” said Kevin Eastridge, co-owner of F.C. Tucker Emge REALTORS®. “With easy access to Evansville’s west, north and east sides, we will be conveniently located to serve clients no matter where they plan to buy or sell in the tri-state.”
The building, located at the corner of Main and Second Street, is an icon, with the black slate exterior and large marquee. Some improvements made to the building include, creating an open concept work space with beautiful lighting and abundant conference room space for client meetings and closings, while honoring the history of this building and its place on Evansville’s walkway.
Tri-County Realty Joins F.C. Tucker Emge REALTORS®
In addition to the opening of the Downtown office, Tri-County Realty merges with F.C. Tucker Emge REALTORS® effective immediately. Andy Rudolph, Broker/Owner of Tri-County Realty, will move to the downtown F.C. Tucker Emge office. “F.C. Tucker Emge REALTORS® has shown over time that they are dedicated to helping home buyers and sellers with the experience of finding new homes. The opportunity to join forces with their agents, leadership and staff is extraordinary. The tools, assets and support that they offer their agents made joining forces a natural fit.”
“The key to creating a great business relationship is to find other like-minded partners. Andy Rudolph is certainly that,” commented Kathy Briscoe, co-owner F.C. Tucker Emge REALTORS®. “His commitment to outstanding customer service, knowledge of our local real estate market and use of technology to better serve his clients, make this merger a homerun for both of us!”
Market Continues to Thrive
For the first three months of 2015, the local market has continued to see increased sales prices. While overall number of homes sold is down, average sales price is up approximately 4.6%. “We have certainly entered a sellers market, with less inventory than we have seen historically,” added Eastridge. “That said, the number one driving force to getting a home sold is condition. Buyers still demand homes that are very well maintained and have modern amenities. If a seller has those and the price is set right, homes sell quickly.”
F.C. Tucker Emge REALTORS® continues to invest in technology that provides more information to buyers and sellers. “The new FCTuckerEmge.com is the most visited local real estate website because we make it so easy for homebuyers and sellers to find the information they need quickly,” commented Briscoe. “If you’re in the market to buy or sell a home, make F.C. Tucker Emge REALTORS® your first call.”
