The Tucker Career Development Program is an intensive course designed to lay a solid foundation in every area of real estate sales. Through Tucker University, classroom instruction, skill labs and assignments in the individual offices, the new associates learn the fundamentals of selling from qualified instructors. After the initial course, a mentor program pairs the new associate with an experienced agent who works closely with him or her to "show how it’s done" in a practical, one-on-one, on-the-job training. Continuing education thereafter is done almost daily with all associates through sales meetings and personal sessions.
