Land-Mill Developers have many years of experience with Greg Lander and David Miller as builders and developers. They are currently working on their second development including 247 homes, developed in 3 phases with all brick homes, numerous floor plans with the option to build your own. They are also one of a few builders to offer ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) homes in the Southern Indiana area, which is an alternative to framing. Also, Greg and David have been members of the Home Builders Association of Southern Indiana for several years.
