Subdivision, Gray Stone Subdivision, Hickory Wood Condominiums and the Merritt
Place condominiums. The principals of this company study the topography of
the land and surrounding area to offer the ultimate setting for a new home in
upscale surroundings.
H and M, L.C. has developed waterfront condominiums on the beautiful Ohio River that added excitement to downtown Henderson and was received well with the new home-owners. Currently they are concentrating on Gray Stone Subdivision wrapping around the beautiful Players Club Golf Course. Hickory Wood condominiums are nestled within this new golfing community.
