I want to take this opportunity to thank Vicki Hubert for the quick and efficient manner in which she sold my mother’s house and to recommend her services to any potential clients who need a residential real estate agent in the Evansville area. After my mother died in December, I had her house appraised by an independent professional appraiser. Based upon that appraisal an investor offered me a price that looked fair at the time. Fortunately, a friend of my mother’s recommended that we have Vicki look at the house and see if she thought she could get more than the original appraisal suggested.

Vicki did a market analysis and told me she believed she could get about 50% more than the amount offered by the investor. I listed the house with Vicki and in one month she sold it for the amount she had estimated. This was in the middle of winter when houses usually do not sell as fast. After deducting all commissions, closing costs, repairs, etc., we received about 30% more than the original investor had offered.

At the time of my mother’s death and our need to sell the house, I no longer lived in Evansville. I had to return to my home and job in Texas and Vicki handled all the details of selling our house. She arranged for some repairs to be made, and got the job done at a price that was well below what several of my friends had estimated. She even did some minor repairs herself.

I think anyone in the Evansville area trying to sell a house quickly and for a fair price will be pleased with Vicki’s services.
